Pastebot Help — Purchases, Licenses & Subscriptions
Pastebot 3 is $39 USD and includes one full year of updates and new features. After that you can get another year of updates at any point for $19. You will always own the version you have.
Subscribing to Pastebot for a year is $24.99 or $2.99 per month.

The App Store version doesn’t have a license key. You have to download Pastebot from the App Store.
Pastebot 3 requires you to purchase a license specifically for v3. If you have a Pastebot 2 license already, you can use it to upgrade to Pastebot 3. Have your Pastebot 2 license available to enter as a promo code when you check out.

You can check the status of your subscriptions by going to your System Settings -> Apple Account (very top option) -> Media & Purchases -> Subscriptions. Make sure Pastebot 3 is an active subscription. If it isn’t, your subscription expired or you might have subscribed under another AppleID.
If you do have an active subscription, Pastebot should just work. If you get the subscription page, click on the “Restore Purchases” button. If you have tried that and are still having issues, email us at [email protected] for further help.
We offer a 30-day refund policy on Pastebot when purchased directly from us. We recommend trying the 14-day free trial before purchasing to make sure Pastebot is right for you. Contact us at [email protected] if you need a refund.
Refunds for apps purchased or subscribed to on the App Store are handled by Apple. You can follow the instructions and link here.
